About JEE MAIN
JEE Main is an entrance examination conducted for admission to various undergraduate engineering and architecture courses in NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), and institutions under participating state governments. It also serves as the eligibility test for JEE Advanced, which is required for admission to IITs.
